my son is 2.7 year old.yesterday he had 1 creamy motion .n today 2 creamy motion and 1 loose motion.hes not eating anything except milk plz suggst medicine

I m concern regarding hydration status of baby.
meanwhile give him ORS after every stool
biflor sachet 1 sachet twice a day for 5 days
syp zincat 5ml once a day for 1 week
is he active ? is he vomiting? is he having fever ? give him syrup Q plex Z 1 tablespoon subh sham for 5 days
enterogemina ampule for kids 1 ampule daily for 5 days
give him ORS any flavour half cup after every loose stool. .
try to minimize milk.give him soft boiled rice and bananas

Give him ORS , in a reasonable amount from time to time, so that the kid must not go in state of dehydration.
Qehwah consisting of aniseeds, cardemom & mint along with a bit of honey, would further enhance his digestion.
Other recommended semi-solid foods are yogurt, khitcherri, light tea with merie or tuc biscuits, fresh pomegranate juice & banana.
Medication can only be prescribed after probing thorough clinical history n complete physical examination.
