My daughter is 1 month old she has loose doctor changes her milk .Now she is on similac isomil and carifex her poop is greyish green in after that he poop yellowish any thing wrong with her?

Green stool can be sometimes seen due to. increase motility of gut. It's not problematic if baby is otherwise well
