Aoa. mera beta ha 2saal ka. aj subha us ki mother NY watermelon k juice ma Thora SA Pani Mila kar us ko pilaya tha . us NY Thora sa hi piya tha phr us NY kaha vomiting ho rhi ha lekin hui ni Thi. us k baad phr milkshake bna dia aik khajoor dal kr. woh sb finish kr gya tha. us ki 40miny baad he pooped which is hard but after 2*3 hours loose motion started. please assist what to 2 and which medicine to use.
