Talk to Pediatrician on Loose Motions

My 11.5 month old baby is having loose motions 4-5times a day for 7days.no fever. I m giving him enterogermina and syp zincat. BUT for the last 2 days, I have noticed streaks ofood in his stools. I did Stool analysis if his stool which came out To be positive for occult blood and red cells 1-2.no pus cells. Kindly guide me what cN be the possible causes
