Talk to Pediatrician on Loose Stool

My daughter 13 months. Sometimes passes normal sausage formed poop. But many of the times wo bit watery pasty poop krti hai. Jo k little bit diaper pe spread b hojati hai. Mn watery to nahi kahun gi. But loose hoti. Iska kya reason hoskta. Wo BF pe hai. Also khane main oats, banana, yogurt, plain rice, white bread with egg, peanut butter toast. Ye sab mn deti hoon. Sometimes zarurt prne pe cerelac bhi. Formula milk diya hai aik sal tak. Us k bd bech mn pause krdia tha because of diarrhea. Plz guide.
