Assalam o Alaikum. Aapki beti ki age chhoti hai aur ek saal se loose motions, vomiting aur weight gain na hona ek serious concern hai. Aise cases mein aksar problem simple infection nahi hoti, balke kabhi kabhi food allergy, lactose intolerance, celiac disease ya koi chronic gut infection ho sakta hai. Yeh condition ko proper tests ke baghair theek karna mushkil hai.
Sab se pehle aapko stool tests (giardia, ova/parasite) aur blood tests (celiac screen, CBC) karwane ki zaroorat hai. Saath hi, diet ko bhi monitor karna hoga — doodh aur doodh ki cheezen temporarily avoid kar ke dekhiye, soft foods (chawal ka paani, dal ka soup, kele, khichri) dene ki koshish karein.
