Talk to Pediatrician on Lymph Nodes On Back Of Head

my baby fell from bed . CT scan was normal but doctor said he has mild adema which will heal in 2 weeks . but after 4 days he developed a stone like thing on right side of head behind the ear but on head . Now he's having fever and developed 2 more stones/lymph nodes on back of his head.Its been a week since his fall. He was having a little cough from days but not so much just sometimes.

Possibly child have developed an infection so better to contact a paediatrician for further details and management
