Talk to Pediatrician on Lymphnodes In Neck And Stomach

Few days back my baby boy burhan had watery stools one episode after that he was also complaining about vomit . We had started entamizole course for 3 , 4 days .now he was complaing about tummy pain almost at night . He eats well doing his everything well .we had his ultra sound today . Showing some lyphmnodes in the stomach doctor said start cespan ds one 5 ml a day for 14 days . But we didnt started.this pain started 8 months ago now again started in he his tummy . He has small lypmnode in his neck also .

plz go for CBC and ESR blood test after seeing the report we can comment about this disease ..
after giving test you may need to start antibiotics after seeing reports of the baby by pediatrician of your town
Needs other labs work up and to be started on proper antibiotics, better to be seen by Pedriatic gastroenterologists .
if he is having symptoms again of fever then it's better to repeat the baseline labs cbc crp urea electrolytes,alt and esr ,and then manage accordingly.
