Or us ko malaria b btaya tha or ab us k muscle bht akry huwy Han... Or ab Corona virus ki waja sy koi doctor b available nai... So please kuch suggest Kar den
give him 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. if not improving u have to go to emergency

Take him to children hospital lahore if you are in lahore give him Syp calpol one spoon 4 hourly
usually injections are not given in children that's why we avoid this practice everywhere....
anyhow give syrup paracetamol every 6 hourly and if required visit nearby Govt hospital emergency for ....
if not serious wait 48 hours and stay at home plz......
