My daughter is suffering from fever, cold and sore throat since 3 days. I have been giving her panadol for fever. her fever is gone should I continue giving her panadol?

Panadol is needed if the fever is 100 or more than that. if the rest of her sympyoms hav resolved as well u can stop the medication. keep her warm !!

you should give her anti allergic medicine
stop panadol if fever settle.
Just panadol is not full treatment, give syp cefspan Ds for 5 days 1+1,syp zatofen 1+1for 10 days.
