Zaviyar son of Salman age 10 months male no comorbidiets P.COMP:DIARRHEA FOR 2 MONTHS HOPC: It is watery in consistency brownish in color foul smelling 6 to 9. epusode per day not associated with fever,nausea and vomiting he exerts lot of pressure during defecation. he is now become very agitated sleep is also distrubed not able to sleep for more than 2 hours previous stool dr shows positive stool reducing substance for which he takes morigana powder milk and zinc supplements his chest is also unclear with mucus in the chest he was on exclusive breast feed for 7 months possibly GIARDAISIS CAUSING LACTOSE INTOLERANCE In this regard kindly help
