Asalamalikum Its around a week my daughter is suffering from morning sickness, she voumits before going school
walikum salaam. is there any school avoidance behaviour in ur daughter besides vomiting? if nothing abnormal, give some antiemetic to ur daughter like 1 teaspoon in morning. if still not improving consult your nearest doctor

Ask about any behaviour changes in school and any stress in school don’t give food and milk after 10 pm or close to sleep time.
Give yougurt for few days......
less flavoured food and juices......
Get urine RE and CS done from some good lab and visit nearby pediatrician then with reports....
