Was, 2 drops of norsaline nasal drops in each nostril 8 hourly, before feed,,,
Plus hot steam fr 10 minutes,,, 12 hourly,, if oral intake decreased, then will need antibiotics

Aconite 30 + gelsimium 30 .. 3,3 drops 6 times aday in 1 tbsp water
givesteam inhalation only. keepbaby away from fan
At this age runny nose , common cold and flu is not treated...
Just keep on supportive treatment.
Put Norsaline P drops 2 drops both sides of nose 3 to 4 times a day and give simple hot water steam two to three times a day .....
