meray baby ki age abi 20days hoi hay or us ky naaf mein pani parh gya hay or usay pain hoti hay is time doctor available nai hay to please koi bata day kk kia karon is ki waja say baby feed bi buhat kam kar raha hay or sath nazla zukam bi laga hay please approved my post and suggest something

Abhi tak naaf nahi utri. It's better ke ap check karain baby ko kyun ke infection ho sakti hai
squeeze alcohol swabs twice a day on umbilicus n clean surrounding area with it.
diaper shouldn't touch that area, strictly maintain hygiene.
keep on exclusive breast feed
carefully steam inhalation daily.
may need antibiotics, further history n examination is must required for proper management.
