Talk to Pediatrician on My One Year Baby Does Not Sit

I have twins, born premature. One of them does not sit they are 1 year old now. He can stand up and walk by holding things. He can crawl. Can do everything like normal babies. Also can sit with support and also can sit by bending on his toes, but does not sit straight whenever I try to make him sit, he makes his legs and back straight and hard and does not sit. What’s wrong with him?
