this is fungal diaper dermatitis. you are welcome to do online consultation to treat this
apply sudo cream each time baby passes urine /stool , keep diaper free for some time, keep it clean, apply FLOGOCID or FUDIC H ointment (1+0+1) , can apply hydrozole
keep it dry by changing diaper immediately after passing urine and use just hydrozole cream. use good quality or brand diaper.
