Talk to Pediatrician on Nappy Rash

my son is 1.6 years old. he passes 3 to 4 times stole and some time 5 to 6 times... he has nappy rash too much skin becomes red sometime start some bleeding from redness.... always wash his stole never use wipes... i am using milfix or canbebe diapers.... plz guide what to do... use hydrozole, rashnil but useless

apply bepenthin plus cream three times a day for 10 days
Take a photo of the nappy rash and upload it by tapping the + sign below. It is necessary to be sure that the rash is caused by a fungus before treating it with anti-fungal Hydrazole cream. There is a steroid in it which will temporarily improve a rash irrespective of the cause, anyway.
