I have bought nebulizer machine for my kids. However ,i do not know which nebulizer medicine is safe for kids. Can some doctor guide me which nebulizer medicine/vial is safest for kids during normal flu etc. will be appreciated if guidance is provided regarding dose and number of times to nebulize. children ages are 4 years and 7 years.

for 7 yrs : 5ml

it will soothe n help alot.
but if you notice that cough is not getting better with it..
then yoi can add atrovent solution.
otherwise no need.

a family doctor recommended Atem ampule. however i had doubt about safety as most nubilizing medicines increases hear rates.

atem and atrovent are same...
they wont increase heart rate . they are safe.
