is she on top feed or mother feed ?
WOA. you need to consult child specialist for proper prescription of medicines. panadol drops can be given if fever or if the child is irritable due to pain .

Pori raat jagti rehti hai colic ka masla bhi hai aram nahi kr sakhti bs roti hai
I advise show him to child spealist...baby might be crying bcuz of constipation or blocked nose.I won't advise Self medication.
if nose blockage than go to child specialist for proper treatment
