Assalam o Alaikum,
16 din ke baby me feed ke baad “fits jaisa hona, sans rukna aur zor zor se rona” normal nahi hai. Iski wajah reflux with choking, infection, ya neurological problem ho sakti hai.

Yeh emergency situation hai.
Apne baby ko foran nearest hospital / pediatric emergency le kar jayein.
Jab tak doctor check na kare, ghar me koi medicine ya formula change na karein.

Aisi chhoti age me delay dangerous ho sakta hai, is liye physical examination zaroori hai.

If your newborn is crying or fussy after feeds, it’s often due to gas, reflux, or a poor latch. Try feeding in a more upright position and burp the baby frequently—pause halfway through each feeding to burp. Make sure the baby’s mouth covers both the nipple and part of the areola for a good latch; a weak latch can cause swallowing air. If the baby seems to spit up a lot or has a sour smell, gentle tummy massages can help move gas out. Keep the feeding environment calm and avoid overfeeding—stop when the baby shows signs of fullness. If fussing continues for more than a day or the baby shows signs of pain or poor weight gain, consult a pediatrician.
