Talk to Pediatrician on Newborn Jaundice

Alhumdulillah blessed with a baby boy on 23August2022 Now the baby is having Jaundice and I think it is quite normal in Newborns. My question is baby is completely on mother feed so what are the precautions for mother. Thank you.
mostly normal, usually will resolve after 10th day of life, keep baby hydrated with proper feeding, try to feed baby every 2-3 hrs

Elders are saying that not to eat anything except "Kadu etc". Is it really helpfull or its just a myth?
