Aoa ! Do you have any previous medical history ? or using any kind of medicine ?
The pus-filled pimples on your newborn’s neck and shoulders are likely due to neonatal pustular eruptions, which can result from neonatal acne and miliaria (heat rash) and rarely due to bacterial infection. This rash is age appropriately normal. keep the neck area clean and dry by gently wiping with a damp cloth and patting it dry. Use mild baby soap during baths and avoid strong lotions or oils that may clog pores. Ensure proper air circulation around it. Bachay ko ziada motay kapray mat pehnaein. Agar ye worse ho jaein tu doctor se appointment book krein taa k topical creams and antibiotics prescribe ki jaein. Dr Raza
