Talk to Pediatrician on Nosebleeds

My 2-year-old son has been experiencing occasional nosebleeds during summer, and I used to have the same issue when I was young. Could this be due to heat, or should we be concerned about this issue? Also, what steps can we take to prevent this from happening

get his cbc and pt aptt done prevent him from nasal scratching or putting fingers in nose and prevent him from heat and apply ice or cold water when bleeding occurs this may be familial
- He need some Blood reports, i-e CBC, PT, APTT.
Nose bleed is a common issue in kids. if he has no bleeding disorder then no need to worry. in summer when air is dry nose bleeding occurs.
check his blood tests for bt, CT, PT, aptt. if they are normal then use xynosine nasal drops 3 times a day.
