My 1.5 year old kid started walking 15th month. Since then, His left foot is slightly oblique. Most of the times he falls while walking especially when swift. plz guide if there's some deficiency and what should I do to keep him put his feet rightly on floor.

It doesn't seem to be significant problem. However better to share pics or video while walking. Even then if you are worried get consultation with PAediatric surgeon.
