my three months old son was not taking milk properly fir mire than a week and now since morning i can see fungus developed inside his mouth

You should go to see a pediatrician for complete physical examination as oral thrush in this age is very uncommon ,so it may signifying any underlying disease
Kindly use nilstat drops after consulting doctor and it may get so complicated that you'll baby will stop feeding might need drips so go to see a doctor. thanks

nilstat drops 1 dropper on white area instil drop by drop 3 times a day for 5 days
