My daughter is 2 years old but she is still on formula nuralac 2 Khana peena bht kam hai uska cow milk sirf subah peeti hai or formula har 3 se 4 ghante bad 5 oz leti hai mera sawal hai k kia formula k jagah me har 3 se 4 ghante me cow milk de sakti hun ? Her weight is 12 kg

Weight theek hai yes you can switch on cow milk but give her meals instead of milk.
milk ki quantity decrease krein.if u want to give only cow milk dont give more than 20oz in a day. solid feed start krein. it will help in fulfilling requirement of calories and vitamins.

start b complex multivitamin syrup like syrup lysovit half tea spoon daily
give her vit d3 drops 2 drops daily
decrease quantity of milk and offer different varieties of food .try to give her food when whole family is eating or other siblings are eating .
introduce some shakes with dates and dryfruits powder added .
