Once weaning is started milk intake get reduced this is just normal

Kyunki aap ne cerelac dena shuru kiya hai, jis ki waja se baby ka interest formula milk se shift hojata hai. Magar is umar mein breast milk ya formula primary nutrition source hona chahiye. Cerelac ki quantity control karein, kyunki is stage pe sirf taste introduction zaroori hai, doodh ka replacement nahi. Feeding time relaxed aur distraction-free rakhein, kyunki force-feeding se baby aur bhi bottle reject kar sakta hai. Agar feeder se na pee raha ho, toh spoon, open cup, ya sippy cup se formula dene ki koshish karein. Teething discomfort check karein, agar gums sore lag rahe hain, toh teething gel ya cold teether try karein. Milk ka taste aur temperature bhi check karein, kabhi kabhi baby thanda ya garam doodh prefer karta hai, ya doosri brand ka formula better suit karega. Agar baby weight lose kar raha hai, dehydration ke signs hain (kam wet diapers, dry mouth, lethargy), ya bilkul bhi milk nahi pee raha, toh pediatrician se consult karein taake koi medical issue (reflux, allergy, ya feeding difficulty) rule out ho sake. Based on weight it should be around 3-3.5 oz every feed considering he is taking 8 feeds a day. If the child is also taking solid food like khichri, mash potatoes and other home made items, then this milk amount could be less than stated above. Dr. Raza

Agar baby k wet diapers kam hein compared to normal, then you meed to get the child checked with a qualified pediatrician. Considering k woh solid food kha rha hai, the daily minimum should be 16-20 oz. Which means he should take 2-2.5 oz every 3-4 hours. Dr.
