2. Stop to give Bakery items, Junkin foods and Soft drinks.
3. Start to give him fresh fruits and juices.
4. Give Syp. Vidyallin. L 1tsf 12hourly.
Start reducing milk intake if he's taking milk.
Encourage him to eat solid foods, fruits and vegetables.
