Talk to Pediatrician on Pain In Pee Place

My 4 years old girl complaints to have sharp pain in pee place after urinating not every time but almost everyday twice or thrice. There are no other symptoms with this complaint. I have made her get free from urination properly as well by making her sit for some time after urinating but didn't help. I make her drink enough water as well. Consulted a dr as well but he was also not able to understand the problem.. Please someone help me what i should do?

- Give plenty of water.
- Proper hygiene of area.
- Dewarm, Syp. Zental 2tsf in Night.
- Advise for Urine DR and U/S KUB.
Continue giving her plenty of water
Clean from front to back and avoid back to front after poo
Avoid constipation
Give fiber containing diet like vegetables
While giving her bath, she must be standing up instead of sitting, particularly avoid sitting while bathing in a tub
Get her properly examined for any genital rash, soreness, redness etc
Get Urine R/E and C/S done
