Due to thus virus in brain..my child body can not mive althrough his sspe treatment is going on but still he can not sit eat hold his body or move his head He is just like a child of 6 to 8 months he is not eating through his mouth becoz of seizures..kindly let me know any peads phsiotherapist..due to severe seizures he moves his body but can not hold the way normal child do...so quetion is who to contact u or peads for pysiotherapy..

SSPE is difficult to treat. some patients respond to isoprinosine. supportive therapy is mainstay of treatment like nutritional support, treatment of concomitant infection and control of seizures. physiotherapy is also very important

unfortunately with sspe due to its progressive nature muscle weakness is inevitable. any goot physiotherapist will help you exercises.. I would suggest you to learn to do those at home by yourself to prevent contractures.. tc
