Couldn't breastfeed much due to some reason so I had to continue with formula. Was giving nan but she was very gassy with green stool. So changed to lactogen. Do you think I should give lactose free formula?

breastfeed is best for baby..if not enough top it up with formula feed right after breastfeed.nan 1 is better than lactogen.kindly check f proper hygiene s being maintained watch n sterilise bottles, hand hygiene. if any milk left in bottle dis and it n make fresh everytime.
you can use Enterogermina 1/2 ampoule twice daily for loose stools n feed after each loose stool

Lactogen or Nan 1 milk are same.
Dilution of Milk should be 1 scoop in 1 ounce water.
ENTEROGERMINA daily for 3 days.

yes if diarrhoea improved. lactose free formulas are not good for long time unless lactose intolerance.
