my son asthmatic and advised adenotonsillectomy age 5 having asthmatic cough again since yesterday evening 20-4-2019.We are already regularly giving myteka 4 g once daily in evening chewable tablet since start of pollen in march .Earlier used to give brittanyl but discontinued brittanyl.Now on 21-4-2019 started giving pulmitac one teaspoon in morning and did nebulisation with one full clenil compositum nebule without water.kindly advise if dosages and medicines are adequate.

Adequacy of medicine will depend upon response and condition of the child.
Dose of Clenil for his age is half a vial once or twice daily.
Pulmitac once a day is okay.
