Assalam u age almost 5 again having cough and phlegm stuck in chest probably gave britanyl one teaspoon last night and nebulised with full clenul nebule without water yesterday accurate dosage of britanyl and many times???? ASAD also is having enlarged adenoids and tonsills advised adenotonsillectomy which we want to avoid for few years.
