My baby is 3 months old. he is very skinny and not gaining weight.. he feeds well.. he Poo 3, 4 times a day means he is getting enough milk... but not gaining weight.. kindly suggest me formula milk for weight gain

What was his birth weight?
Was he born at full term?
Has he always been on breast feeding?
Any vomiting during or after feeds?
I would suggest to take him to a qualified Paediatrician in order for him to have a detailed assessment. Simply suggesting a formula milk is not the best way to manage his weight gain issues.
