Talk to Pediatrician on Peditrician

My daughter is 2.5yrs old she having high fever since last afternoon no cough or flu at all but very minor itching in the ear.i gave her panadol twice but the temp reduces but does not completely breathing is rate also high.i think she is having some throat issue because she was refusing to eat the whole day .the only thing she took was one rusk two biscuits and half the evening she took two spoons of rice but vomited and there was a little phlegem in the panadol was not affecting i gave her half teaspoons of actifed p and pectum at 11pm but still no result .i checked her temp at 12.30 it was nearly 101°c. She is also having pimples on forehead and very few on both hands Im v tensed so Kindly guide me as soon as possible
