Talk to Pediatrician on Penis Issue Of 4 Years Kid

Assalamu Alaikum Doctor, I hope you're doing well. I’m reaching out for your kind guidance regarding my 4-year-old nephew. He is an active and otherwise healthy child, but we’ve noticed that his penis, which appeared normal at birth, is now becoming less visible and seems to "go inside" when he sits or moves around.

He is slightly overweight for his age, and we’re concerned about whether this is something to worry about or if it might be a common condition like buried penis.

There are no signs of pain, swelling, or urination problems. His testicles are also present and normal in shape.

We would really appreciate your advice, and if needed, we would like to bring him in for a checkup.
