assalam o Alaikum I'm a mother of 5 months old baby boy. from last 5 days my boy was suffering from high fever more than 101 degree temperature. and he was not taking proper quantity meal because of fever. I visited the doc he said that my son has viral infection thats why he's in this situation. he advised me to give your son dektarin oral gel 3 times a day. I gave him panadol in fever as well. so today temperature is all ok but there are lots of pimples appeared on my Boy's body. is it khasra (measle)?

Needs physical evaluation to look for other associated symptoms to
rule out measles. Aik bar check krwa lain.
1. This is not Measles. It is viral infection other than Measles, but it is not serious, don't worry about it.
2. If itching is there, then give Syp. Zyrtec 1/2tsf daily, along with AD drops 2drops 12hourly.
3. Continue Breast feed, along with weaning foods.
mouth ulcers with fever red congested eyes and rashes on whole body most probably its measles infection ok.give vit a drop antibiotics and antipyretic
