Talk to Pediatrician on Raishy Wali Khansi

my 9 month old daughter has cough and phlegm in her chest. how do I treat her? my mother is giving her honey mixed in warm water and Ivy leaves extract drops. Should I continue with these or stop it? she is on breastfeed and semi solids (minorly)
