apply canesten cream - twice a day for 5 days, and you can use any moisturizer for dryness. avoid using wipes at home as they cause rash(contact dermatitis), try to wash with water every time
you can apply ointment like kenacomb, dermovate nn and hydrozole. use some gel like lubrex for baby after taking bath and drying with towel
