My daughter is almost 3m old and she was good all good untio yesternight when she startes crying like crazy and we ended up checking her nappy only to find bad rashes and pimples in there. Pics attached. We have been applying sudo cream since then please suggest what should we do as it stings when she pees or poos.
Please ignore the filth. This click is before I cleaned her up after pooping.
Use flogocid cream 3 times A day for 7 days. Also petroleum jelly every time after wash. Don't rub for cleaning just mop.keep open as well. Clean soon after potty. Should also consult paediatrician to get advice the need to test stool pH and reducing substances.
