Talk to Pediatrician on Red Eye

Asalaam o alikum. My nephew came to Karachi 7 days ago and the weather here was quite dusty and dry. He is having these red eyes since about 4,5 days. Initially we thought it's due to dust and will go on it's own, but this isn't subsiding. He is not having any itching, pain or irritation in eyes. Can you kindly suggest some eye drops for him as my sister is hesitant in taking him to the clinic due to coronavirus. We shall be really grateful to you. Thank you
