My son got hurt a few days ago. But the wound instead of healing has this red circle around and it looks like it's growing.

This is an infected wound. please tell me age of patient? Is there any Fever or pain?
1. Syp. Augmentin 156mg/5ml. 4ml three times daily. for 5 days
2. Syp. Brufen. 4ml three times daily. 3 days
3. Fucidin Cream. Apply three times daily. 3 days
get him check near by doctor and evaluate proper if its an abscess or not
it got infected actually . give syp augmentin 156mg/5ml 1 teaspoon 3 tyms .apply zudic cream 2 time daily then follow

dont worry.
it just looks bit inflamed. probably an abscess has formed. painkillers and antibiotics should help.
