My daughter is 2 years oldand since past few days she is having cough and fever mild during day she is normal but in the middle of the night she starts coughing badly im giving her acefyl but no improvement kindly guide

No prev chest infection but now she is having trouble in breathing coz of comtinuos cough and its getting worser she coughs badly at night and today night while coughing she vomitted the sojo i gave her for dimmer for the first time though
