Talk to Pediatrician on Sinusitis/headache
Asking for Other, Male, 7 years old, Lahore
My son is 7yrs old and he has headache from the past 5-6days. He sleeps fine but after getting up he complains of headache and he cries because of pain at times. He’s on klaricid DS. It’s his 3rd day and his sinusitis isn’t improving. The xrays show sinusitis too. But why isn’t his pain settling? As long as he’s taking panadol he’s fine but then again the pain recurs. I’m really worried. What can be the possible diagnosis? Do we need to see a neurologist? Or it is just sinus? Please suggest something

sinusitis takes time to settle down. you might need supportive medications along with klaricid DS. try giving your kid plain warm steam three times a day. steam has a very soothing affect.
What about fever? As you mentioned without fever so You should arrange for CT scan brain. It will reveal the pathology.
