its been 4 month... child is suffering from bruises on full abdomen and face.plateletes count getting low every second day.no Fever. I'm really worried. attaching some reports. plz give me opinion what to do.

As fever is there a bone marrow test should be done before a trial of steroids. Do let me know whether he has received any transfusions?
