daughter is having raised red round circles of rash on her inner thighs first after that speading to legs n stomach also ... sometimes it starts itching.i gave her cetrizine n they were gone next morning only skin became dark from those after 2 days it is coming back .this happened 2 times.i applied memotasone furonate (dermatologist suggested)but still coming could b d reason

Urticaria
It is a kind of skin allergy and the spots are called wheals in the common language. It is difficult to give a cause unless there is a clear association with ingesting some kind of foods or medicines which should be avoided. Some viral infections and bacterial infections for example urinary tract infection in children may be associated with such wheal formation or urticaria. Lab testing is usually not required unless an underlying disease is suspected or if parents are very worried. If the medicine you are using by mouth is helpful you may continue it for 2 weeks. Local steroid preparations are not required in ordinary urticaria like your child has.
it seems like allergic reaction . better to consult
urticaria.
needs steroid treatment. along with antiallergic. need to find out the allergic agent causing these kind of rashes
