my 4 month baby have sore throat as she cry it feels like dry mouth less saliva what to do

it seems like Dehydration. plz take appointment for further evaluation if jot improves or baby seems lethargi, stops feeding. meanwhile increase feed (no water, nothing else)
- Stop bottle feed, if giving. Feed with Spoon. Continue Breast feed.
- If Fever is there, then give Syp. Ceclor 125mg 1tsf/ 12 hourly.
- Syp. Febrol 1/2 tsf/ 8hourly.

baby is too small tht why I didn't prescribed any antibiotic without consultation kindly consult physically with nearby child specialist meanwhile give exclusive mother feed
