2 say 3 shall k bachay 3 say 5 word ka sentence bana saktay hain. like. de do, pani do, potty aye. they are able to join the words , understanding is much better. speech delay is common in boys and some speech delay is common but should be seen properly to know k normal speech delay hai ya abnormal. you are welcome to consult further online.
Regarding speech. Look if the speech is functional. For example, he says mama to mama and baba to baba not just random persons. He should be pointing at things. Shows gestures and mimics actions. If he is doing all this that don't worry. Make sure he is not getting any screen time and talk to him as much as you can.
His milk intake is more that's why he is not eating solids. Reduce milk intake. He might need iron supplements as well.
