ASAis she having fever? Is it dry cough or noisy breathing .?Since how many days you hergiving Cefim?.C.T cefim complete 05 days.For cough give Syp Coferb 1Tsf × 8hrly and Syp Tamdegyl 1 Tsf morning evening.Give her soups and green tea with honey.She will be fine.
