My boy is 20 days old last few days he was suffering from fever we taken to aga khan hospital they have given antibiotics but he is well but few days he was passing watery stool 5 6 time a days we have taken too hospital they had given again antibiotics but now he is doing again watery stools in day reports of stool i have upload kindly suggest me what is happeing he is on feed.

Breast feed milk,freguency of stool 7 to 8 time last few days .when he was having diaherria now sometimes he do waterystool he is not gaining weight.
